All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is handled directly by the artist and will be arranged after purchase. You will receive an email with further details once the transaction is completed.
The Company (Artist Alex Lorieau) facilitates communication between the buyer and the artist regarding shipping.
Shipping Responsibilities
The Artist's Responsibility: The artist is responsible for packaging your shipment securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
The Buyer’s Responsibility: Once art is packaged and arranged for shipping, you will receive email notification tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your shipment from the artist’s location to your delivery address. Any visible damage to the package upon receipt must be reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. If a shipment is lost or damaged, you must submit a written claim to The Company at alexlorieau@hotmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Limitations of Liability
Alex Lorieau is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather events
Natural disasters (e.g., landslides, floods)
Strikes (e.g., postal workers, customs officers)
Acts of government or customs clearance delays.
Alex Lorieau is not liable for technical issues or platform changes imposed by third-party services that host our websites.
Claims and Replacements
All claims related to shipping (e.g., loss or damage) must be submitted in writing to alexlorieu@hotmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Terms of Agreement
